How We Prepare for Your Child's First Visit
The work starts before you arrive. By the time your child walks in, we already know a great deal about them.
Step 1: The Intake Conversation
We call you ahead of the appointment and ask real questions. What sets your child off? What calms them down? How do they tell you they are overwhelmed? What has gone badly at other offices, and why?
Step 2: A Preview Packet
We send photos of the office, the room, and the team so your child can look at them at home as many times as they want. For many children this single step transforms the visit.
Step 3: A No-Pressure First Appointment
The first visit may involve no treatment whatsoever. Walking in, sitting in the chair, and leaving happy is a complete success and a solid foundation for the next one.
Step 4: Build From There
We add one new element per visit at your child's pace. Some children reach a full cleaning in two visits, others in six. Either timeline is fine with us.
